ARUK 2022 | Using a human cellular model to investigate inflammatory crosstalk in Alzheimer’s disease

Anne Hedegaard, PhD, Univeristy of Oxford, Oxford, UK, explains the development of a human cellular model, derived from induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), which can be used to investigate inflammatory crosstalk among cells in the brain which are thought to be involved in the development of Alzheimer’s disease.
