Ian Harrison, PhD, UCL Centre for Advanced Biomedical Imaging, University College London, London, UK, discusses the role of glymphatic cerebrospinal fluid-interstitial fluid (CSF-ISF) exchange in tau pathology. One current research study is using an Alzheimer’s disease mouse model which is treated with an aquaporin-4 inhibitor and monitored for disease progression. This interview took place at the Alzheimer’s Research UK Conference 2022 in Brighton, UK.
