Combining leisure activities and formal training programmes

Cognitive training is often of a formal nature, but certain leisure activities have also been suggested to have a neuroprotective effect. Here, Sylvie Belleville, MD, PhD from the University of Montréal, Montréal, Canada discusses a recent study which looked at the benefits of combining both forms of training.
