At the 31st International Conference of Alzheimer’s Disease International (ADI), held in Budapest, Hungary, from April 21–24 2016, Anders Wimo MD, PhD, from Karolinska Institutet, Stockholm, Sweden, reviews some of the challenges, such as participation and ethical considerations, of including people with dementia in clinical trials investigating disease-modifying and psychosocial interventions.
