At the 31st International Conference of Alzheimer’s Disease International (ADI), held in Budapest, Hungary, from April 21–24 2016, Doug Brown, PhD, from Alzheimer’s Society, London, United Kingdom, explains there are a number of clinical trials of disease-modifying treatments for people with dementia, including the investigation of sildenafil citrate (Viagra®)-like drug for vascular dementia.
