ARUK 2018 | Facilitating research with DPUK: ROADMAP and EPAD

Sarah Bauermeister, BA Hons, BSc Hons, MSc, PhD, CPsychol, of the University of Oxford, Oxford, UK, spoke to us at the Alzheimer’s Research UK Conference 2018, held in London, UK, about her work with Dementias Platform UK (DPUK). This is a resource that works to bring data to researchers, through accumulating large cohorts of population data from other studies. Dr Bauermeister gives an overview of the projects she is working on as Data Manager for DPUK, including European Prevention of Alzheimer’s Dementia (EPAD), and Real World Outcomes across the AD spectrum for better care: multi-modal data access platform (ROADMAP).
