Tetsu Maruyama, PhD, Chief Scientific Officer of the Dementia Discovery Fund (DDF) discusses the various research opportunities that the DDF are currently investigating in dementia. The DDF have invested in a number of companies, each focusing on a particular cell type or mechanism beleived to be implicated in the patholgy of dementia.
